RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

THE CLAIM MUST INCLUDE A CLEAR PICTURE OF THE DEFECT. AFTER COMPLETING THE FORM, PLEASE DIRECT ALL DEFECT CLAIMS TO SALES@ASHERLEVINE.COM. WE WILL PROMPTLY RESPOND TO ALL DEFECT CLAIMS. IF A RETURN IS ACCEPTED, MERCHANDISE MUST BE SHIPPED BACK WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND TAGS. CUSTOMERS WILL BE SUPPLIED WITH A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL.
